At ArtizIQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for products purchased through our platform, and complements the refund and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service.

Custom Products

When Refunds Are Available

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

• Defective Products: Items with printing errors, manufacturing defects, or quality issues
• Damaged in Transit: Products that arrive damaged due to shipping
• Wrong Item: If we send the wrong product or wrong quantity
• Non-Delivery: If your order is lost in transit (after investigation period)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Email admin@artiziq.com with your order number
• Include clear photos showing the issue (for defects or damage)
• Describe the problem in detail

Refund Process

• We will review your request within 2-3 business days
• If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
• We may offer a replacement instead of a refund at your discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Customer-provided design errors or typos
• Incorrect sizing selected by customer
• Change of mind after order is in production
• Minor color variations (due to screen/print differences)
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
